2.) You MUST respond to my introductory email from the email you provided at checkout to receive your reading. If you do not respond by the time your reading is due, I will freestyle your reading and send it as is and a refund will not be provided once the reading has been delivered. It is your responsibility to respond accordingly.

Zoom Call - Bite Size (45 minutes)
Have a personalized one on one Zoom call with Bratty! This will be a 45 minute phone call to tell Bratty your situation and for her to do your personalized, bite sized reading. After the order is received, Bratty will e-mail you to ask you if you which Bite Sized reading you'd like (can be found under "Bite Size" in the, "Book A Reading," section. After you and Bratty schedule your meeting, you will then show up at scheduled time for Bratty to provide the service requested. Bratty will attempt provide the reading, insight and direction to help you find a solution.
A 5 minute grace period will be offered to clients that are late. Any time after that, will be counted towards your reading. It is your responsibility to show up on time. Orders canceled 24 hours or under will be refunded 50% of the original amount. If you need to cancel the order entirely, it is your responsibility to do so 48-72 hours before the scheduled reading. Once the service is provided, you will not be applicable for a refund.
